Accessible Mainstreet Initiative

The Ontario Business Improvement Area Association (OBIAA) and the Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas (TABIA), in partnership with the Ministry of Community and Social Services are developing resources to help small businesses increase their awareness of accessibility and to promote accessibility best practices in their businesses. This includes a guide developed by SPH Planning and Consulting Limited - "Missed Business: How to Attract More Customers by Providing Better Access to Your Business".
